The area around Aloha Tower recently underwent a major renovation and now houses a variety of shops and restaurants that have made Aloha Tower Marketplace one of Honolulu's most popular nightspots. One of the biggest attractions is Gordon Biersch, a microbrewery-slash-restaurant. Friend Don, who arrived in Hawaii just that morning (our last day) took us there for our last-night fling. | ||||

| Gordon Biersch also features live music on many nights. The night we went, Rocky Brown was the featured act. Yoko and I liked her music so much that, when Don came back to Japan, he brought us her CD as omiyage! Thanks, Don! |  |
